The CPNN Toolkit, developed in partnership with Promise Neighborhood leaders, is a living, evolving playbook designed to support community-driven, cradle-to-career efforts across California. It serves as both a retrospective on what’s worked and a forward-looking infrastructure for sustained impact. This resource is intended to be shared, adapted, and expanded, helping keep the momentum of CPNN going while inviting continued feedback and contributions.
